Copyright and Usage

Clients typically have unlimited usage and printing rights for images provided. I retain full copyright to all images per U.S.C. title 17 (U.S. Copyright Law) and may use any or all images and/or reproductions for advertising, display, contest entry, publication and all other promotional use.

Please ask me about negotiating additional or specific image rights if required.

All images are registered with the U.S. Copyright Office, and any unauthorized use will be litigated.
